Join Lara and Paula for a nourishing practice beginning with slow flow Vinyasa to soften the body in combination with Yin Yoga to quiet the mind. We'll close with a Restorative Savasana along with a guided Yoga Nidra to offer ourselves a must needed rest and respite as we turn the corner into the holiday week and winter season.
