Learning to Fly: An Arm Balance Workshop with Lara Lirely

Join Lara for an afternoon of strength building and exploration as we weight shift onto our hands. We will break down key components of building various arm balancing postures, including strength building techniques, anatomical focus, mental preparation and the use of dristi (focal points). This is an opportunity to step outside of our comfort zone, explore technique and play with variations to fly higher as you build your arm balancing practice!

Some previous yoga experience recommended.
