Please join us for a morning of mindfulness and motivation as we set the course for the new year!
Through a series of self-discovery exercises and discussion you will begin to set Intentions and create a direction for accomplishment and success in the year to come. Intentions are the soul and motivation that provide true meaning to the goals that we set for ourselves. Intentions tap into understanding of how a goal or resolution will bring fulfillment and purpose to your life. In Yoga, we call this Sankalpa, "a vow that has been created from the depth of our heart.”
A yoga practice will complement this Intention workshop by helping to burn through old patterns that may be obstacles to forward progress and as a vehicle to embracing transformation with greater ease and openness.
This workshop will ignite your motivation and set the course for purposeful goals for 2018.
