Amy Graham Stigler, RYT200
Amy completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training through YogaOne Studio in Milwaukee, Wisconsin under the instruction of Meg Galarza in 2017. After intensive study, Amy received her certification and began teaching for Coda Yoga Studio and various other venues in the lake country area. Amy's classes are a mixture of traditional Vinyasa Flow, careful attention to detail of postural alignment, and classic breathing and meditation techniques. Combining her welcoming energy, music, and wit, Amy leads students through flows inspiring those practicing to explore their practice and work to find a deeper connection to themselves and their practice.
