Lara began her journey as a yoga practitioner in 2010 while getting her Bachelors Degree in Music from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. The practice started as a self study home practice, but soon she made her way to her first studio class and never looked back. Lara received her 200 Hour and 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification from YogaOne Studio in Cedarburg, WI in 2013 and 2017, respectively. She's taught all around the Milwaukee area in yoga studios, fitness centers, gyms, community centers, and churches. She has studied with numerous teachers over the years and believes in growing as a teacher, student and person with continuing education. Lara is the owner of Coda Yoga Studio and believes in bringing creative, foundational, and innovative sequences that are accessible and resonate with all who come to practice.
